Module "HACCP"
What is "HACCP"? HACCP is the initials that stand for Hazard Analysis
and Critical Control
Point - this is, generally speaking, a "state of the art" systematic, science-based approach to Food Safety,
that is used in food industry as a means to assure food safety. It helps preventing food contamination by identifying potentially unsafe links in the
food processing chain, "from farm to fork", targeting elimination (or minimization to an acceptable level) possibilities of delivering the unsafe food products
to final consumer.
