- "Trainings" - personnel training/competence development.
- "Audits" - audits/corrective/preventive actions.
- "Equipment" - control/management of organization's equipment.
- "Complaints"" - handling with/management of customer complaints/requests.
- "Non-conformities" - registration/control of non-conformities, comparative analysis of non-conformities, quantitative evaluation of effectiveness of functioning of the Management System, graphical (charts) representation of the results of analysis.
- "Risks" - development of Risk Management System. This module exists in three versions:
- "OHSAS/EMS" - risk management system applicable to Operational Health and Safety Management Systems (OHSAS BS 18001:2007 and ISO 14001:2004);
- "ISO-MED" - quality and risk management system applicable to medical devices (ISO 13485:2003 and ISO 14971:2007 standards);
- "ISMS" - informational safety and risk management system (ISO 27001:2005 standard);
- "HACCP" - HACCP plan design and implementation, development of integrated food safety & quality managament system (ISO 22000:2005).
- "Correspondence" - control over "non-system" organization's documents (incoming/outgoing letters, internal orders, etc.)
