- Function "Auto-mailer" - automatic notification (e-mailing) of users about delayed actions with documents - is added
Version 12.6 (June 6, 2010)
- Module "Threats" (ISMS) - several improvements made in Analysis - SOA mode
- System of authporization of users is changed
- Mode "Directories" - "Counterparties" is added; now this mode can be used as a simple CRM-software which will make you capable in organizaing effective control of your contacts with external stakeholders
- Mode "Directories" - "Users" - new features/capabilites are added (Positions parameter, dashboard "Total delayed actions", etc.)
- Coordinator can customize scope of "authorization rights" for other users (i.e., in which tables ofother modules authorized users will be able to add/edit records).
- Records of internal/external stakeholders in all modules now are sourced from two tables - "Directories" - "Users" and "Directories" - "Counterparties"
- Module "Documents" - two different types of generating the Template code of the new record of document are implemented.
- Module "Correspondence" - two different types of generating the Template code of the new record of document are implemented.
- Module "Risks" - "Analysis" - "Risk:benefit analysis" - a user approving the final conclusion regarding acceptability of the residual risk is added.
- Module "Audits" - design of the reports (Audit report, Action PLan report) is improved.
- Module "Trainings" - procedure of making up a Training plan is considerably simplified (mode "Database" is removed, there is no more need in duplicating combinations Department - Position - User in Training module).
- "Directories" - "Users" - export of users' records into Excel file is implemented
- "Directories" - "Counterparties" - export of counterparties' records into Excel file is implemented
- Bags found out in previous versions are corrected.
